Zooco architecture studio has created the new Goodman offices on Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid, focusing on contemporary needs in the world of work by creating a project with an avant-garde and comfortable design for workers. Goodman is a leading real estate company specialising in logistics and industrial real estate. In Madrid, Goodman is involved in major development projects aimed at improving the city's logistics infrastructure.
The space is divided into two work areas, one for private use only and the other for work (meeting rooms) where visitors are received. These two spaces are linked by the Open Space, which is a large, open and flexible space where all kinds of activities can be combined.
Large curtains become the new walls that redefine the office space, making it more fluid. There are no fixed workstations and the need to combine the new requirements of smart working results in multifunctional spaces that are configured and used as needed.
The offices become a place of communication where the different areas seem to merge together, encouraging the exchange of ideas and creating an eclectic and dynamic working environment.
